Hired as an in-house Tools Developer on the company’s Telecoms Billing Engine platform and custom CRM solution, soon became part of the company’s Advanced Technologies Group, taking part in Research and Development into new Internet communication technology and protocols, working with various languages to deliver a new telecoms leasing platform for use by small to medium telecoms businesses to make acquisitions with BT Wholesale.
